Samara or Kassy will greet you at the front door with a contactless thermometer for a one second reading.
(if you are reading a temperature higher than 100 degrees, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment for at minimum 10-14 days later)
If your temp is normal, we will bring you in, sit you down where we will have your "goody bag", sanitation station and the girls
will walk you through the rest of our check in process
We ask that you do not bring children, friends, significant others to your appointment at this time.
We will have a waiver electronically sent to you to be filled out prior to your appointment.
(This must be signed for your treatment to proceed.)
If you need to pick up product, please email, call or text ahead of your arrival or once outside.
We will leave it by the front door to minimize allotted guests in the studio at any one time per state guidelines

We have allotted time for additional sanitation measures in-between each and every appointment.
We will need to add a $5.95 disinfectant charge to to each appointment for our additional time and your additional protection
We are proud to use REJUVENATE hospital grade disinfectants throughout the studio. It is a gentle disinfectant,
contains no harsh chemicals,odors or fumes. It is EPA registered , biodegradable, formulated with patented
accelerated hydrogen peroxide technology, non irritating, and effective against COVID-19
We offer contactless checkouts using Square or Apple Pay (you can still insert your credit card with a chip)

Our products will be safely organized in our drawers up front, and our staff will pull any product needed for you.
Community testers will be unavailable at this time.
We have updated the facials to include "THE QUICK FIX" where we max out a
shortened duration with high powered results.
(keep in mind if you wan to dip your toe without jumping in)
YES! We have figured out a way.... you will still get your chocolate fix! (wink, wink)
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice otherwise we will charge for the full amount of the service. We will make an exception if the reason for the cancellation is related to a COVID-19 exposure and will require a negative test result before booking your next appointment.
While you may have to wait another week for us, know that your single appointment has been given
a world of attention to keep you safe and cared for in the way we care for our families.

We listened to Governor Cooper announce that we are likely to be included in phase 2 of their reopening plan.
Fingers crossed we could possibly be back in business by the end of May,
but watching this situation as closely as all of you and just hoping for the best.
We are not rescheduling any appointments yet until we have a firmer date.
We keep hearing that we are in this together, and we know this to be true and heartwarming.
You have shown us such kindness, generosity and patience as we navigate the curves and dead ends of this crazy moment in time.
