Sometimes called collagen induction therapy, microneedling involves tiny, sterile needles puncturing the surface of the skin to instigate collagen and elastin production and regenerate the skin. This can be especially good for pigmented skin, low-level scarring, and age control.

Our micro-puncture lab treats the skin on a superficial level, which means you don't need numbing cream, and you don't need to hide out for 48 hours afterward.

It features the Biologique Recherche Cocktail d'Actifs Regenerants serum, which was created specifically for microneedling. Containing over 56 active ingredients to tighten, tone, and promote healthy skin, this treatment sends a powerhouse of ingredients into the skin via those tiny punctures. Coveted by BR fanatics, this cocktail is only good for 48 hours after opening, and you will go home with the remainder of the bottle to use for the next day.

Once we've completed “needling” the skin, our Collagen Feerie mask and cryosticks will have you literally drenched in hydration as the skin cools back down.

This is a MUCH more comfortable treatment than medical microneedling. It involves more “treatment” care than you may have received, and the Biologique Recherche products involved are incredibly effective. We believe that superficial microneedling is a gentler, more stable treatment and, like most of the French skincare point of view, is about never compromising the health of the skin.

You will definitely be pink from the treatment, so you do have to plan accordingly. Typically, your redness will be gone by the next morning. Once we've done your mask and cryosticks, the redness goes down tremendously, but it can reactivate once you go home and are exposed to environmental stress. We will send you home with something to keep it calm if you need, but nothing is painful at all. You just don't want to make plans the night you have microneedling done.

Microneedling is best done in a series of treatments for optimal results. Like working out, or any consistent plan, you see the best results with continuity. We recommend our package of 4 treatments to start. You will do the treatments 2-3 weeks apart depending on your skin and your schedule. After that, you will integrate microneedling into your yearly skincare plan with either quarterly or biannual treatments.

  • Skip harsh skincare products: Do not use other exfoliants, retinols, or acids for at least 3–5 days after your session, you can resume your lotion p-50 within 1-2 days.
  • Keep your skin hydrated: Use a gentle moisturizer to soothe your skin and combat any tightness or dryness you may experience. Hydration is a critical component of effective microneedling aftercare. We recommend using Crème Masque Vernix VG at home post-treatment.
